Shipping Address:
We ship UPS whenever possible. So please be sure that you include your proper street address.
NO PO BOXES. UPS will not ship to post office boxes.
Shipping Time:
Orders are normally shipped within 5 to 7 working/business days. Products stored off premises may take 7 to 10 days. You will be updated on shipping status via e-mail.
We will not hold up your order for an out of stock item, unless we expect it within a few days. Beyond that point, we will notify you of any delays.
We do not ship on holidays.
We do not ship natural bone skulls, skeletons or taxidermy specimens outside of the U.S.
This is due to additional U.S. Fish & Wildlife and USDA fees required for export outside of the United States.
However, we can ship replicas outside of the U.S.
Damaged Items:
To ensure merchandise has arrived in its entirety, check your package immediately to ensure there is no damage or products missing.
Double check your shipment against the packing slip to confirm your shipment. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Should anything arrive damaged, save all packing material and contact Wild Territory.
All damages to items must be reported to Wild Territory within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Report damage by e-mail (sales@wildterritory.com) or phone.
Returns:
Merchandise cannot be returned without authorization from Wild Territory. E-mail us at sales@wildterritory.com and we will give you an Authorization Return number.
To return an item, Wild Territory must be contacted within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Wild Territory is not responsible for shipping on returned items. The shipping on returned items is paid by the customer.
Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
There is a 20% restocking fee added to returned items.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your returned merchandise.
You should also write the return authorization number on the outside of the return box.
We will not accept returns on t-shirts or other clothing that have been worn or altered in any way.

Kansas residents will be charged sales tax.
